Art Tour Video
In partnership with the Art Center of Waco
When you think of Waco’s Texas Ranger Museum, you may not first think of bronze sculptures and oil on canvas. Though, you may have already seen or passed by our large bronze statue of a Ranger on a horse holding the Texas flag off of I-35 or University Parks Drive. The Texas Ranger Museum’s Education and Collections team have put together a short, fun video, sharing a few popular works of art for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Thank you Audrey Ladd, Shelly Crittendon, and the Art Center of Waco!
The three artworks featured are:
- Delaying Action: The Battle of Plum Creek painting
- Rescue bronze sculpture
- A Little Shade painting
Please visit the Art Center of Waco to learn more about their programs.
